Terms and Conditions and Waiver of Responsibility

 

By signing up to the Tour, you agree to our Terms, Deposit Conditions and Waiver.

Amanda Romania LLC and its agents Real Guide have worked diligently to make all the arrangements for our journey together in Egypt. 

I agree to release Amanda Romania and all affiliates, from all responsibilities and liabilities for any illness or injury (mental or physical) which may occur during the dates of the tour, however caused. I agree to inform Amanda Romania prior to departure, if I am under the care of a physician, taking medication, or otherwise not in good health and physical condition. Amanda Romania and its agents Real Guide will not be held liable for delays, theft, damage, injury, or any other irregularities that may occur during the journey. 

 

We, your hosts, will not be held liable for any changes or delays in airline schedules or missed connections; injury, loss, or damage to persons or property; additional expenses resulting from changes in exchange rates, private purchases, tariffs, or itinerary; any transportation issues or problems with vehicles utilized on the tour; additional expenses incurred due to illness, weather conditions, protests, war, terrorism, quarantine, or other causes; and losses due to cancellations not subject to our Terms and Conditions.

Amanda Romania LLC reserves the right to ask a group member to leave the tour if their behavior is considered disruptive or dangerous to the tour group. I have read and acknowledge the described terms and conditions of the TERMS OF AGREEMENT, REGISTRATION, and PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICIES and understand and agree to all of the information therein. I personally accept my voluntary participation, according to the above described limitations and agreements.

I hereby assume all risks, and voluntarily release and waive all claims against Amanda Romania LLC, and all affiliates, officers, agents, and representatives, and will hold them harmless from any and all liability, action, cause of action, debts, negligence, claims, demands and damages of every kind or nature whatsoever, whether direct or indirect, contingent, consequential or otherwise, arising out of, related to, or which may be brought by myself or a third party in connection with my participation in the Activity or any other activities arranged by, through, or with the aforementioned tour organizers and affiliates. This agreement shall serve as a release, assumption of risk and hold harmless provision for me, all aforementioned persons and businesses, my heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, and all members of my family, including any minors. I have read and agree to these terms and conditions.  Amanda Romania LLC, and its affiliates will rely on this release in allowing me to participate in these activities.

Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellations must be received in writing within 60 days of registration. After 60 days, a partial refund of 50% less deposit, will be available upon cancellation due to emergency, until June 1st. Cancellations and registrations received after June 1st, 2024 will receive no refunds due to the need for securing of places, hotels, bookings and Temple sites.

Changes

Our itinerary is subject to changes in order to adapt to possible alterations in domestic flight times or other unforeseen circumstances. The content will remain the same, barring any unanticipated complications.

 

Insurance

We recommend that all participants obtain International Travel Insurance. International Travel Insurance offers insurance for trip cost, trip cancellation & interruption, and pays for loss due to unforeseen circumstance, death, injury, or illness to you or a member of your family.
